I’ve learned how much generational differences matter.

I, as a Boomer, find a lot in common with each of the current generations. I’ve worked with all of them, from my health care career to teaching art and designing projects and patterns.I believe that we can work and grow best by respecting and valuing each others’ similarities and differences.

The huge leaps in technology can feel overwhelming to me, but I’ll try to remember my own advice and not share too much.
